Chris Burniske is a cofounder of Placeholder Ventures, a New York firm that specializes in cryptoassets. Prior to Placeholder, he pioneered ARK Investment Management's Next Generation Internet strategy, leading the firm to become the first public fund manager to invest in bitcoin.
